The Nail Care Institute was founded and Federally registered #1,869,124 in 1988. The mission is to propagate Nail Care. The Institute maintains a dialogue with Federal and State Bureaucracies, Cosmetology Boards, Communicable Disease Center, and Manufacturers of Nail Care Products.

A further mission of the Nail Care Institute is: "Testing of Nail Care products of others to determine the quality of such products (U.S. CL. 100) SN:74-265,596."

The Institute invites your observations, product complaints, and salon environmental concerns specific to Nail Care. Your input is vital and instrumental and will be held in strict confidence.
